GeoZone is the latest fence-mounted detection system from Geoquip Worldwide Limited. Created and Designed by John Barratt – Geoquip’s Senior Test & Design Engineer. John joined Geoquip 25 years ago and has been the innovator behind tried, tested and proven products such as the Guardwire and Defensor Analysers, the GWMPX Multiplexer System, Psicon Rigid Barrier Detection System and the Rafid Buried Detection System.
The GeoZone intrusion detection system is based on combining the original Guardwire sensor cable with detection algorithms used in the standard range of Geoquip’s Alpha analysers. The system offers a cost effective solution providing combined cut and climb detection targeted for use on chain link and semi-rigid fencing. It is simple and quick to set up requiring only a screwdriver to make the sensitivity adjustments.
The GeoZone system allows verification of alarm causes by either locally mounted alarm, or by security guard.
